How we use your data

Transfer of your personal data outside the EU

We do not transfer your personal data actively to third countries outside the EU. However, some partners with whom we cooperate in the processing of personal data carry out such transfers, namely to the USA. Persons to whom this data is made available in the United States comply with the US-EU Privacy Shield conditions and thus provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data. How we protect your data

We strive to make sure your personal information is safe. In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we take all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on a server that is ours or is reserved for us. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. How long we store the data

Statistics such as IP address and technical data about the device are stored indefinitely.

What are your rights

There is a number of rights applicable from the processing of your personal data. If you exercise any of the rights listed below, we will inform you of your request within 30 days of the date of its receipt to us. In justified cases, we may extend this period to 60 days, which we will inform you about.

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise your rights by sending an email message or a written request to our contact details listed in the "Who we are and how to contact us" section above.
Please include your first name, surname, e-mail address, permanent address and photocopy of your ID card in your application. If you do not provide us with the above information, it will not be possible to comply with your request. We request this information from you in order to verify your identity and not to disclose your personal data to an unauthorized person.

Right to access your data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data are being processed about you and, if we process your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we process about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data has been disclosed, whether it has been transferred to a third country and for how long we will keep it.

Right to correction

To be wrong is human. If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you can ask us to correct it. We care about processing the correct personal data about you, so be sure to use this right whenever, for example, you move or change any of your personal data that is important to your relationship with us.

What are Cookies and what do we need them for?
